We have our own in-house: Architect, Employers Rep, Project Managers, GC (in Florida only), Realtor, Rental Management as well as capitalization.
Federal Finance is seeking qualified sponsors for investments within the following criteria:
- LP or GP equity participations, with the potential for hybrid or structured investments
- Equity investments of $1 -$15 million per asset (LP or GP investment), with the opportunity for larger investments on portfolio transactions, special situations or on a programmatic basis
- Real estate asset class: Single Family Communities / Multi-family Communities / Mixed Used Schemes
- Value-add to opportunistic return profile, ranging from development projects to existing properties with in-place cash flow
- Lending Markets: Primary Florida, Secondary Texas / Arizona / Georgia
